Coaching is an interactive consulting and support process in a professional context that is limited in time and defined thematically (goal-oriented). The three basic types are individual, team and project coaching. In coaching, I accompany and support my clients (coachee) in developing their own solutions in the form of structured conversations, for example on questions of everyday professional life (leadership, communication, organization and cooperation). The focus is on assessing and developing personal competencies and perspectives in order to enable self-reflection and even overcoming conflicts with employees, colleagues or superiors. My task as a coach is to be a neutral, critical conversation partner using a wide range of methods from the entire spectrum of personnel and executive development. As a special focus, I offer personal coaching in top-level sports.
