Organizational consulting supports subsystems of your organization (team, working group, project group, section, etc.) in order to achieve an improvement in the communication, cooperation and organizational ability of the subsystems and their internal networking.

Organizational consulting represents a process of joint processing of problem situations by making those involved aware of the organizational, structural and personal networking. The resulting insights are translated into goal-oriented and appropriate action. The aim is to concretize tasks and competencies and to clarify interests.
