Dabei bezieht sie sich auf das vorhandene Entwicklungspotential in einer Organisationseinheit. Organisationsberatung stellt einen Prozess der gemeinsamen Bearbeitung von Problemsituationen dar, in dem sich die Betroffenen der organisationalen, strukturellen und pers\u00f6nlichen Vernetzungen bewusstwerden. Die daraus entstehenden Erkenntnisse werden in zielgerichtetes und zweckm\u00e4\u00dfiges Handeln umgesetzt. Ziel ist eine Konkretisierung der Aufgaben und Kompetenzen und eine Interessenskl\u00e4rung.<\/p>\n

Die Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe steht im Mittelpunkt.<\/p>\n

Organisationsentwicklung <\/u>ist ein geplanter, systematischer und selbstgesteuerter Prozess, in dem die Mitarbeiter die Organisation von innen heraus verbessern und sie effektiver gestalten. Im Fokus stehen die Organisationsstruktur, die Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsprozesse und die Organisationskultur.
